At Zen Shades we understand that made-to-measure blinds require special attention and care throughout the production and delivery process. Please take a moment to review our delivery policy:

 

  1. Production Time:

 

Our made to measure blinds are crafted with precision and attention to detail. As such, please allow a production time of 10-15 working days from the date of order placement. The production times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and current order volumes.

 

  1. Shipping Methods & Cost:

 

Delivery is free for samples and orders over £200. For orders under £200, delivery costs only £9.99.

 

If you are out when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave the goods at a safe place (if available) or reattempt a delivery on another date.

 

  1. Quality Assurance:

 

Each made-to-measure product undergoes rigorous quality control checks to ensure it meets our standards of excellence. Our skilled artisans and craftsmen take pride in delivering exceptional quality products and craftsmanship.

 

  1. Shipping Updates:

 

We will keep you informed about the status of your made-to-measure blinds throughout the production and delivery process. You will receive email notifications with updates on your order's progress, including when it is dispatched for shipping and tracking information. You can also track your order with our order tracker.

 

  1. Delivery Address:

 

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Deliveries to certain areas are subject to extra charges after an order has been placed, e.g. Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands, we will inform you of the extra charge from the carrier as soon as possible. You have the option to cancel the order if the extra charge is not accepted.

 

  1. Delivery Inspection:

 

We have a rigorous quality check above the industry standards before dispatching your order but we still recommend inspecting your goods thoroughly to ensure they meet your expectations. If you notice any defects or damages, please contact our customer service team within 48h for assistance.

 

  1. Shipping Restrictions:

 

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local authorities. We reserve the right to refuse orders for products that cannot be shipped to certain locations.

 

  1. Acceptance

 

We have the right to cancel your order if: i) we have insufficient stock to make the order, ii) if you have ordered from an island or country we don’t deliver, iii) a pricing error has occurred due to system failure or our website

 

If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible. No compensation can be offered under these circumstances.
