How do I place an order?
Simply choose the type of blind you want, enter your measurements, select your preferred fabric or material, mechanism (if applicable), and chain of controls. If you need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.
Can I order blinds that match my existing decor?
Yes, you can utilise our Augmented Reality functionality to see how your blinds will fit with your existing décor.
Can I order fabric samples before ordering?
Absolutely! We offer up to 8 free samples per customer, so you can see and feel the materials before making a decision. You can order samples directly from the product page. They arrive with 1st class next-day-delivery via the post. Additionally, you can make use of our AR feature, which will show you how your blinds fit in your space.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since our blinds are custom-made, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts for first-time customers?
Yes, we offer 5% off for our newly subscribed customers to our newsletter. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up-to-date on the latest offers.
Why can’t I order a specific size blind?
All products have minimum and maximum dimensions, so please ensure that your dimensions are within this range. We have certain production limitations for each different model.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer financing options to make your purchase more affordable. If you want to use PayPal’s Pay In 3 Instalments, please reach out to our customer service prior to purchasing who will be able to sort this out for you.
Can I order blinds for multiple windows in one order?
Yes, you can order blinds for multiple windows in a single order. Just enter the measurements and select the options for each window, then add them to your cart.
What should I do if I need to change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can update your information if the order has not yet been shipped.
Can I order a Headrail only?
You can’t order it directly from our website but if you need a headrail replacement, please contact our customer service and we will look into this for you.
Do you offer consultations for businesses or large projects?
Yes, we offer tailored consultations for businesses and large projects. Contact our customer service team to schedule a consultation.
Can I upgrade my existing blinds to electric ones?
Depending on the type of blinds you have, it might be possible to upgrade them. Contact our customer service team to discuss your specific situation.
Can I order replacement parts for my blinds?
Yes, you can order replacement parts for your blinds. Contact our customer service team with details about the parts you need, and we will assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay, PayPal, and PayPal Pay In 3 Instalments.
Can I order custom-sized blinds for very large windows?
Yes, we specialize in made-to-measure blinds and can accommodate very large windows. You can utilise the filters for width at the product collection page to find your perfect blinds.
What is the difference between Recess (Inside the window recess) and Exact (Outside the window recess)?
Recess or Inside the window recess blinds are installed within the window frame, providing a clean look, while Exact or Outside the window recess blinds are installed outside the frame, covering the entire window and often providing better light control. It is up to you what type of blinds you want to order but if you are ordering Recess blinds, please check that the window opens upwards or outwards and there are no obstructions inside the window frame, such as large handles. Our measuring guide provides all the information you may need.
Can I see customer reviews and testimonials?
Yes, we have a whole section on our website called “Customer Reviews” where you can read reviews and testimonials from our customers. What’s more, you can also see real images from of our blinds from our customers’ homes!
What are the differences in Linings?
We offer several types of linings for our blinds:
Voiles & Sheers: Lightweight fabrics that allow natural light to filter through while providing privacy. Ideal for creating a soft, airy atmosphere.
Dim-Out Lining: Reduces the amount of light entering the room without completely blocking it, perfect for living areas and spaces where you want some light control but not total darkness.
Blackout Lining: Blocks out light completely, making it ideal for bedrooms, media rooms, and any space where you need complete darkness.
Thermal Lining: Helps insulate your room, keeping it warmer in winter and cooler in summer. This lining is great for improving energy efficiency and maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature.
What types of window blinds do you offer?
We offer a wide range of made-to-measure window blinds, including Roller Blinds, Day & Night Blinds, Day & Night Vertical Sheer, Vertical Blinds, Venetian Blinds, and Roman blinds. All our products are custom-made to fit your windows perfectly.
What materials are your blinds made from?
Our blinds are made only from high-quality fabrics, and metals, to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Specific material information is available on each product page.
Do you offer motorized or remote-controlled blinds?
Yes, we offer motorized and remote-controlled blinds for added convenience. These can be controlled via a remote or a smartphone app, making them perfect for hard-to-reach windows or smart homes. Do you offer blinds that can be controlled with voice commands?
Yes, our electric blinds can be integrated with smart home systems and controlled using voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
Are your blinds suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Dimout blinds allow some natural light to pass through whilst still providing privacy, whereas blackout blinds completely block out light, offering maximum privacy and darkness.

How do I know which type of blind is best for my space?
Yes, we offer moisture-resistant blinds that are ideal for high-humidity areas like bathrooms and kitchens. You can utilize our feature “Shop by Room” to find a whole section with blinds suitable for bathrooms or kitchens.
Can I get blinds with UV protection?
Yes, we offer blinds with UV protection to help reduce the sun's harmful effects on your furniture and flooring. Look for blinds labelled with UV protection features.
Do you offer any blinds with acoustic properties for sound dampening or noise reduction?
Yes, our pleated and honeycomb blinds are designed to reduce noise and create a quieter environment, ideal for offices and busy households.
Does your site show what fabric products will look like with light coming through?
Yes, it does. “Back lighting” happens when light filters in through translucent fabrics from behind. Our images on the website show you the effect of back lighting and you can see some shades of the window frame behind the blinds. If you’d like to see it live, you can also order a sample from us.
What is the benefit of PVC blinds?
PVC is a popular plastic for vertical window blinds. It is 100% moisture resistant and therefore ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and other humid areas. PVC blinds are also a great choice for children's rooms, as they are highly durable and easy to clean. Some models also offer full blackout, ensuring full privacy for your loved ones.

Energy-efficient blinds help to regulate the temperature in your home, reducing heating and cooling costs. They work by providing insulation by blocking the heat in the summer and retaining warmth in the winter.

Yes, our blinds are suitable for rental properties as they are easy to install and remove, however, remember that the made-to-measure blinds are manufactured for the exact dimensions of the specific window, so they may not fit for other windows.
Can I personalize my blinds with logos or patterns?
We can’t offer custom logos or personalizations but we offer over 500 different patterns, so we hope you will find what you are looking for.
Are your blinds suitable for humid climates?
Yes, all our blinds are suitable to humid climates. Specific models are also suitable for humid rooms, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
Do you offer blinds that help with privacy at night?
Yes, we offer multiple options for maximum privacy at night among our blackout blinds. Head to our section “Blackout Blinds” to explore the range.
Can I use your blinds for sliding glass doors?
Yes, in those instances we recommend Exact (Outside the window recess) installation for optimal control and experience.
Are there any safety features for homes with children and pets?
Yes, our blinds are designed with safety in mind. We offer our blinds with a child-safety mechanism to prevent accidents from occurring by fixing the cord to the wall, in line with the existing legislation.
Do you offer exterior blinds or shades?
At this point in time we don’t offer exterior blinds or shades designed.
What are the differences between manual and electric mechanisms?
Manual mechanisms require hand adjustment, while electric mechanisms can be adjusted with a remote or a smart device for added convenience.
Are your blinds easy to operate for people with disabilities?
Yes, we offer electric blinds with easy-to-use controls, such as voice or remote, making them accessible and convenient for people with disabilities.

How do I clean and maintain my blinds?
Our blinds are designed to last long customer use. To clean them, you can dust them regularly with a microfiber cloth or use a vacuum with a brush attachment. We advise you against putting them in your washing machine as this can damage the fabric.
How do I measure for my blinds?
We provide a detailed measuring guide with step-by-step instructions on our website, as well as a detailed video which will help you! You'll need a tape measure, which you can purchase from us if you don’t have one, a pencil, and a piece of paper to note down your measurements.
Do you offer a measuring and fitting service?
No, we don't offer a measuring and fitting service. However, we have videos and guides on our website to help you. It takes less than 10 minutes for each.
Do you offer installation guides for DIY?
Yes, each blind has a detailed installation guide, available on our website. We also have video tutorials available on our website to assist you with the installation process. Each blind takes a maximum of 10 minutes for installation, ensuring you transform your space in no time!
Do you supply all components for installation?
Yes, all our blinds come with the necessary brackets, screws, and rawl plugs for installation. You’ll find everything you need in the package to securely mount your blinds.
What does top/face fixing mean?
Top fixing means attaching the blind to the ceiling or top of the window recess, while face fixing means attaching the blind to the wall or window frame facing into the room. Choose the fixing method based on your window type and desired look.
How deep does my recess need to be for each model?
Please refer to the attached table for the minimum depth of your window recess.
What width louvre do you supply for your vertical blinds?
All our louvres are with a width of 89mm and they are compatible with mechanisms from most manufacturers.
Can I automate my blinds to work with smart home systems?
Yes, our electric blinds can be integrated with various smart home systems, including Amazon Alexa and Google Home for seamless automation.
How do I install blinds in hard-to-reach windows?
We advise you to purchase our motorized and remote-controlled blinds for hard-to-reach windows.
What if my blinds don't fit perfectly?
If your blinds don't fit as expected, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve any issues, but please note that the blinds are made-to-measure according to the size you gave us, so we are unable to offer any refunds because we can’t resell them to other customers. However, we will do our best to help you.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs £9.99 for orders under £200 and it’s free for orders over £200.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most locations within the UK. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver outside the UK at the moment.
What is your return policy?
Our made-to-measure blinds are tailored to your exact specifications, ensuring uniqueness and precision. Once crafted, they are exclusive to you and cannot be cancelled or returned. We regret to inform you that returns or refunds cannot be processed for items with incorrect measurements, as they are custom-made and cannot be resold. Hence, custom-made items are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, and the standard 14-day cancellation rights do not apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your blinds. You can also utilize our “Order Tracking” section on our website.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Once you've placed your order, our team will start crafting your custom blinds within 1 working day. Typically, it takes about 10-15 working days for your blinds to be made and delivered to your doorstep. The product-specific delivery estimate is also available on each product page.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for my blinds?
Yes, you can! Contact our customer service team to discuss your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your policy on defective products?
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate. This may happen during extremely busy period of the year but we try our best to avoid it. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
My order arrived but it is the wrong size.
Thank you for letting us know that your order has arrived in the wrong size. We're sorry for the inconvenience and will resolve this as soon as possible.
Depending on the type and fitting of the blind you ordered, there might be slight differences from the sizes you entered. For example, roller blinds with a 'Recess' fitting would be 1cm less in width than the size entered on our website to ensure the perfect fit for your recess.
If you have already measured the blind and found it to be the wrong size after any allowances or deductions, we will be happy to replace it. Please send us photographs of the blind with a tape measure clearly showing the size. Ensure that both ends of the tape measure are visible in the photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
My order shows as being delivered but I can't find it
The courier may have delivered the parcels to a neighbour, or to a secure location outside your property. If you've already checked the likeliest locations and you're still struggling to find your blinds, contact us and we'll get everything sorted ASAP.
What happens if my blinds arrive damaged?
If your blinds arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24h of the delivery. We will investigate it immediately.

Can I order replacement slats for my blinds?
Yes, you can order replacement slats for your vertical blinds even if they weren’t purchased from us. Head over to the section called “Replacement Slats” on our website to choose your slats.

How do I maintain the warranty on my blinds?
To maintain the warranty, avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning methods, exposing the blinds to outdoor conditions or washing them in the washing machine. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service promptly.
